Oregon is well-known for its Hazelnuts (aka filberts) and we chose to source ours from Hazelnut Hill orchard in Junction City, Oregon. They slow roast their meaty nuts in small batches to achieve the perfect crunch. And, when combined with our smoothly decadent (and not too thick) premium chocolate, they are amazingly delicious; perhaps Oregon's equivalent to Hawaii's chocolate covered Macadamia.
