Black Fig: We handcraft this 72% dark chocolate to highlight notes of tropical fruits & red berries, which are complemented by organic cane sugar sourced from Brazil.  We honor this incredible cacao by pairing it with rich, sweet California Black Mission Figs that have been generously sprinkled on the back of each bar, adding a chewy texture and a nice contrast to the deep, bold flavor of the cacao.

Brown Butter w/ Nibs & Sea Salt: Browned butter from local Rumiano Organic Farm, is blended to perfection with our 73% Uganda dark chocolate. Each bar is finished by hand with roasted cacao nibs and sea salt to create the dreamiest of textures, both creamy and crunchy. Perfect on its own or paired with your favorite wine!

Fleur De Sel: This best selling FLEUR DE SEL chocolate bar is made using our award winning two ingredient Belize dark chocolate; just cacao sweetened with Brazilian cane sugar. We add a sprinkling of hand-harvested Fleur de Sel sea salt from Bitterman Salt Co. for a subtle and delicate finish. This bar is a classic that all chocolate lovers will adore!
