Maple cream is 100% pure maple syrup, nothing is added to it! We are able to turn it into a spread by cooking it to a very specific degree in temperature and churning it multiple times in our machine. Since nothing is added to it, it is KOSHER certified, NON GMO and GLUTEN FREE. Maple cream is made with our Golden Delicate Maple syrup, giving it a sweet/mild taste that is phenomenal with any meal.
